Welcome to Pollen & Paws Candle Co.! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of our natural beeswax candles and local delivery options. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

a. Pollen & Paws Candle Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides hand-poured, natural beeswax candles for online purchase and local delivery.
b. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website or services without prior notice.

a. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
b. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.
c. Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped or delivered.

d. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped or delivered.

a. We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
b. Local delivery is available within designated areas for a small fee. Delivery times and availability will be communicated upon checkout.
c. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
d. If you are not available to receive a local delivery, we will attempt to reschedule once. Additional attempts may incur an extra fee.

a. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in color, shape, or scent may occur. These variations do not qualify as defects.
b. We accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the issue before returning the item.
c. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
d. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

a. Always follow proper candle safety guidelines, including never leaving a burning candle unattended and keeping candles away from children and pets.
b. Pollen & Paws Candle Co. is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of our products.

a. We value your privacy and only collect necessary personal information to process your orders and improve our services.
b. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., payment processing, shipping providers).
